Team member Meda Pudzemyte, originally from Northern Europe, has a genuine interest in real estate investments and she is always in search of the most up to date information. Before joining Edy Roberts and Associates, Meda was working as a real estate agent in a well known company, so she brings first hand experience and a strong knowledge and use of technology which is vital in today’s marketplace.

•Support Edy in the preparation and submission of all visual, print, and internet marketing mediums used to provide maximum exposure for your property.
•Research thoroughly and implementation of the newest technological support systems for creating repetitive and automated exposure for your property.
•Install lock boxes and specific signage to create maximum exposure for your property.
•Hand delivery of pertinent documents whenever  necessary in order to ensure the timely marketing and closing of your transaction.
•Opening your property for all necessary contractors, appraisers, repair persons, and inspectors required to facilitate the preparation, sale and closing of your property.
